Forgot to give these guys one star for the best service in messing up everything for the customers. Don't trust on these guys. If they say "its covered in warranty" then please ask them to send it on email. Because when you will go to pick up your unit then you have to pay big chunk of money. There is a lady (don't want to mention her name) she don't know how to talk to a customer. So on recommendation, next time went to other dealership. Had great experience at that dealership. So, never wanna see these New West people again.

I bought my truck from them and was always going there to fix my truck there. but lately I realized they are getting too eager to charge me labour.
This time I go there with the problem with my starter , end up paying 4 hrs diagnostic to find out the starter has to be changed and 4.5 hrs to change the starter , basically $1360 just labour charge to change a $400 starter

Dishonest service and it's monopoly business they own all frietliners in Alberta, if service manager was honest it make a difference but it's time to replace a manager that is not capable of honesty or apology!!!!
Excellent service. They had my truck in. Solved the problem and I was out and rolling in 5 hours. Service department people were Excellent to deal with.
Bought batteries for commercial truck 9 months ago. batteries failed .took truck to NW freight liner.They did battery test said all batteries pass.they charge me 458 dollars for 2.5hours .mechanic said we will not cover the batteries.if u not giving warranty on batteries.why took 2.5 hours to test battery.I can buy new battling 458 dollars.not recommended.THEY WILL RIP U .SAT AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

This is an amazing place and they have some good parts at a very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them for truckers. They have the legacy seats on sale. Nice ones
Was a great experience, if some may have other more major issue that need to be dealt with this is the place to go. They have Techs/staff and parts open til midnight. Got me in and out right away with a warranty claim on my Cascadia and fixed up my trailer. My go to place from now on when in Calgary!
